National Security Scheme (NSE)

The National Security Scheme is a Law that generates the necessary conditions for the safe use of electronic devices. That way, it establishes a series of directives that guarantee the security of all our systems, data, communications and electronic services, allowing the exercise of rights and the compliance of obligations through this way of communication.

The scheme establishes the security policy in the usage of electronic devices and it’s constituted of basic principles and basic requisites that allow an efficient protection of information systems, services and its data. NSS it’s a scheme inspired in the ISO 27000 standards family.

Information security (ISO 27000)

Information Security Management is the safest way to minimize risks, making sure that every business process and/or IT services has been identified and measured, assets and its risks, weighting its importance for the organization, and adapting controls and procedures that are most efficient and coherent with the business strategy.

Information is one of the most important assets for organizations. The protection of this important information is an essential task to secure the business’ continuity and its development, being as well a legal requirement (protection of intellectual property, personal data, services for the information society), and also instills confidence in users and/or clients.

Quality management (ISO 9000)

Quality Management System in accordance with its specific characteristics and the ability to implement them efficiently helps the institution to focus, organize and systematize processes for the management and improvement, strengthen their activities and evaluating possible associated risks.

Environmental Management (ISO 14000)

Offers the possibility to systematize the environmental aspects that are generated in each activity from the organization, besides promoting the protection of the environment and preventing pollution from a socioeconomic point of view.

Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO 45000)

It’s the best tool for every organization with a constant desire for improvement, no matter its size, type or sector, for the management of its risks for the OHS being more effective and efficient, reducing accidents and illnesses, increasing performance reducing situations for emergencies and work leaves.

EMAS (EMAS AENOR)

The EMAS European regulation (Eco Management and Audit Scheme) defines an environmental management and audit scheme open to any type of organization in an international level and regardless of its activity.

It suggests an efficient system to help organizations to manage and continuously improve its environmental performance. These regulations are based on the ISO 14001 standards; however, the EMAS has its own requirements that make it into a model of excellency for environmental management.

Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is the worldwide reference institution in redacting sustainability reports, documents in which organizations inform about the environmental, social and economic aspects about their activities, products and services.
