We manage Vectorial Transmitted Diseases (VTD)

Vectorial Transmitted Diseases (VTD) are a growing problem in Europe and in Spain. Over the last few years, in our country we have witnessed outbreaks of some emergent diseases such as Dengue Virus or West Nile Virus, transmitted by mosquitoes.

Leishmaniasis, an endemic disease in the Mediterranean area with a relevant growth in human cases in the last years and transmitted by small flies called phlebotomus, or the Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever, transmitted by some species of ticks, are other examples of emergent diseases in our country.

An adequate management of outbreaks caused by vectors is essential to prevent the propagation of diseases.
